Draft legal information
Accessibility draft.
This page is an initial draft. Contact details are listed, but formal accessibility testing and final review are still pending.
Commitment
Oddmatter should be readable, navigable, and usable for ordinary public website visitors, including people using keyboard navigation, zoom, assistive technology, and mobile devices.
WCAG 2.2 AA may be a useful review target, but this draft does not claim conformance.
Current design intentions
- Use semantic page landmarks, headings, navigation labels, and skip links.
- Keep interactive elements keyboard reachable.
- Maintain visible focus states and readable contrast.
- Avoid relying only on images or motion to communicate meaning.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences where motion is later added.
Known limitations and review gaps
- No formal accessibility audit has been completed.
- Broader screen-reader, browser, zoom, and device testing remains to be completed.
- The contact form currently requires JavaScript to submit.
- The overlay navigation and information drawer need deeper mobile and assistive-technology review before this statement is finalised.
- Future third-party tools, embeds, analytics, consent tools, or provider widgets may introduce new accessibility risks.
Reporting an accessibility problem
Accessibility issues and requests for information in another reasonable format can be sent to connect@oddmatter.co.uk.
Please describe the affected page or feature and the problem encountered. The contact form should not be treated as a support desk or an accessibility audit substitute.
Testing and review approach
Before this page becomes final, the site should receive a scoped accessibility review covering keyboard navigation, focus order, headings, labels, contrast, zoom, mobile behavior, reduced motion, form errors, and shell navigation behavior.
Updates
This statement will be reviewed as the website changes, after formal accessibility testing, and after any later third-party integration.
